2019 SPRING CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
The registration fee covers admission to all conference events excluding the Teen Track, Youth Track, and Movie Night. Online registration has closed but on-site registration will be available on the second floor of Colvard Student Union at the start of the conference.

Ages 13-19

$20-$35 PER STUDENT PER DAY
Youth Track
Offering two unique tracks
Music Track on Friday followed by a Science Track on Saturday
Ages 6-12 & 9-12, respectively - space is limited

BABYSITTERS
NEED HELP WITH YOUR YOUNG CHILDREN AT THE CONFERENCE? Feel free to bring your own babysitter (for children ages 7 and under) to Spring Conference free of charge! Your babysitter

Will be given a special name tag to wear at all times during the conference

Will be expected to stay with your children during conference-related events

Will be welcome to attend workshops with your children (space permitting) but will be expected to exit with fussy or noisy children when necessary
Since your babysitter's admission is free, we ask that your sitter not attend workshops or other conference-related events when they are not caring for your children. Thank you for understanding.
OTHERS
Any registered family who wishes to invite their NON-homeschooling state or local official, attendance officer, or grandparent may do so at no additional charge.
Except for officials, attendance officers, grandparents, and babysitters, MHEA is no longer able to offer complimentary registration.
PARKING PASS
Parking passes will be included in your registration packet.
MEDIA
Photos, audio, and video captured by our team during MHEA events are the exclusive property of MHEA and its designees and may be used in future resources, recordings, DVD, print and web media. Conference attendance is an expression of the individual release of rights for such use.
REFUNDS
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No refunds are given after May 5. Contact us at: mhearegistration@comcast.net.
